Privacy and analytics
This notice explains the optional analytics used on the Al Arabia for Control & Energy (ACE) website and the choices available to you.
What do we measure?
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits, traffic sources, and clicks on telephone, WhatsApp and email links. Events include the relevant service, branch and department. Google reports may also include technical information about your browser, device and approximate region.
A contact click records interaction with a link; it does not confirm a completed call, message or enquiry. We do not send message contents or form data to Google Analytics.
Consent and cookies
The Google Analytics tag will not load until you choose “Allow analytics”. The website and all contact links remain available if you decline. After consent, Google may use first-party cookies to distinguish visits and measure engagement. We configure these cookies for up to 180 days, which may renew when you visit.
Your consent choice is stored in your browser for 180 days. If you turn analytics off, we stop sending new events and remove the analytics cookies available to the site. Removing cookies does not automatically delete information already sent to Google.
Data choices
We use analytics to understand website performance. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are not enabled. We remove unnecessary query values from page addresses sent to analytics and retain only selected campaign labels. We respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals sent by your browser.
See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Changing your choice and contacting us
Use “Analytics settings” in the footer of any page to change your choice. WhatsApp, email and map links open external services governed by their own policies.
